With our custom artist design (recommended), you receive your preview 24 to 48 hours after checkout. Why after? Because every custom monogram is real handmade work by a human artist assigned to your order, not an automated mockup. Showing finished art before purchase would expose our designers to copying.
You are fully protected anyway: unlimited revisions until it feels right, and an instant no questions refund if it is not.
There is no strict limit, but for a clean and balanced look we recommend up to two names, a couple's monogram such as A + B, or a small family combination.
Symbols like a heart or an infinity sign are welcome too.
For names with repeating letters (for example ANNA), the artist may include the letter only once so the design stays elegant and readable. The choice always serves the final piece, and you have unlimited revisions to refine it.

Every pendant is made from 304 Stainless Steel, the same hypoallergenic grade used in fine watches and medical jewelry.
Our artisans hand polish every edge and finish each piece in one of three options: a polished Silver finish, or a thick layer of 14k Gold or Rose Gold plating for lasting luster.
Unlike brass, copper, or generic alloys, our pieces resist tarnishing, fading, and skin reactions. The matching chains receive the same treatment, and every finished piece passes a triple point quality check before shipping.
