Shipment Processing Time

Every piece is made to order, so here is what happens after you buy:

• Design (0-2 days): for custom artist designs, you receive your preview by email, usually in under 8 hours and always within 24 to 48. Production starts once you approve it.

• Crafting and Quality Check (about 5 business days): your piece is cut, polished, plated, and packaged, then checked before it leaves.

• Shipping (4-9 days): you receive a tracking link as soon as it ships.

Most orders arrive within 2 to 3 weeks from the day you approve your design. During peak periods this can take slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. Domestic US orders ship with USPS Priority Mail. International orders ship with our international carriers and typically take a few days longer.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

A Shipment Confirmation email will be sent once your order has been dispatched, containing your tracking number. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to show its first scan.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

All international orders ship with duties and taxes prepaid. You will not be asked to pay anything on delivery. If a carrier ever charges you an import fee, send us the receipt and we will refund it.

Damages and Lost Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, or if tracking shows it was lost in transit, contact us at info@monogems.com with a photo and we will send a free replacement. You do not need to deal with the carrier yourself. Please keep the packaging until the matter is resolved.
