When selecting your chain length, simply click on “Chain Size” to view an image that illustrates how each length will look when worn. We offer four options: 16 inches (40 cm), 18 inches (45 cm), 20 inches (50 cm), and 22 inches (55 cm), so you can choose the perfect fit for your style.

How many names or letters can be included in a pendant?

To maintain the clarity and elegance of the design, we suggest incorporating up to two names. Whether you want to include initials, a single name, or multiple names, we ensure the design remains tasteful and legible.

Customizing is simple! Select your preferred material, chain length, and provide the names or initials you’d like featured. Our skilled artisans will bring your vision to life. Plus, you’ll have the opportunity to make unlimited revisions to ensure it’s exactly as you want it.

Why can’t I see a preview before purchasing?

Once you place your order, we assign a dedicated artist to design your custom necklace according to your preferences. This design process is highly personalized, and we’ll send you a preview afterward. You can request as many revisions as necessary until your piece is perfect. We want to ensure your necklace is truly one-of-a-kind, which is why the preview comes after the order is placed.
