How many names or letters can be included in a pendant?
To maintain the clarity and elegance of the design, we suggest incorporating up to two names. Whether you want to include initials, a single name, or multiple names, we ensure the design remains tasteful and legible.

Why can’t I see a preview before purchasing?
Once you place your order, we assign a dedicated artist to design your custom necklace according to your preferences. This design process is highly personalized, and we’ll send you a preview afterward. You can request as many revisions as necessary until your piece is perfect. We want to ensure your necklace is truly one-of-a-kind, which is why the preview comes after the order is placed.
