Your free design is a first idea made for your name. If you order, every further design and revision is made for you, unlimited during your order. You approve and decide which design goes into production. Don't love any of them? Full refund before production.

Is it really free?
Yes. No payment and no card. You only pay if you decide to order your piece.
When will I get my design?
Usually in under 8 hours, always within 24 hours, by email. Keep an eye on your spam or promotions folder too.
Can I ask for changes to my free design?
Your free design is a first idea, made to help you picture your piece. Changes and new designs come with your order: once you order, our artist makes as many as you like, with no limit. Nothing goes into production until you approve it.
Can I request more than one free design?
One free design per person. Once you order, we create as many new designs as you like, with no limit.
What can I put on my pendant?
A name, initials, a couple's monogram like A + B, or a small family combination. Symbols like a heart or an infinity sign are welcome too. For a clean look we suggest up to two names.
What if I order and don't love the design?
Ask for unlimited revisions or a new design. Nothing goes into production until you approve, and if none feels like yours, you get a full refund.
What materials do you use?
Every pendant is cut from 304 stainless steel, a corrosion-resistant grade that does not rust and holds a polished finish. Our artisans hand polish every edge and finish each piece with 14k gold plating, rose gold plating, or a polished silver tone. The gold finishes use real gold, applied as a plating layer over the steel. They are not solid gold, gold filled, or gold vermeil, and the silver tone contains no silver.
How long will my order take?
Once you order and approve your design, your piece is handmade by our artisans and shipped in about 4 days. Shipping takes about 9 days on average, tracked all the way to your door.
How do I care for my pendant?
Avoid contact with perfume, lotion, chlorine, and harsh cleaning products. Take it off before swimming, showering, or working out. Wipe gently with a soft cloth after wear, and store it in its pouch or box when you are not wearing it.

When you request your free design, you agree to get emails from Monogems with your design, news and offers. You can unsubscribe anytime.
